The ward office is located at Bhandup Its boundary extends from
North  : Mulund-Goregaon Link Road upto Catchment area of Vihar Lake
South : Kannamwar Nagar to Powai Village
East   : Mulund-Goregaon Link road upto Vikhroli Railway Level Crossing
West  : Boundaries of ‘L’ and ‘K’ Wards


Area and Divisions of Ward
The Ward covers an area of 64 square kilometres. The approximate population of the ward is 5,68,660 with an additional day-time floating population of 60,000. The Ward is under the jurisdiction of D.C.P Zone VI and IX and traffic divisions, G, G1, and J as per details given below :


G Division   : Area - from Huma cinema to Vikhroli
G1 Division : Area - From Mulund-Goregaon Link Road to Kanjur Railway Station (Huma Cinema Road).
J Division    : Area - East side of Railway track, Suman Nagar.


There are Central Railway Stations at Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg and Bhandup and BEST bus depots at L.B.S. Marg (Vikhroli Bus Depot).


An office of Civil Defence is located at Municipal School tank Road, Bhandup (W). The ward comes under Powai and Mulund telephone exchange.
